kikizas.net started as a selection of freeware and free software for Windows that we (Demetris and Philip) use and like. In December 2004 we added a list of USB apps in English and in Greek. Then we translated the main selection in English. This, and a few miscellaneous pieces, is kikizas.net. We hope you will find something useful here. Your feedback is appreciated.
contents
All pages are directly accessible from the home page, which also has the search box for the site.
navigation
Links
Links with visible url or » (right angle quotation mark) at the end are external. The rest are internal. All links open in the same window.
Page margin
Page margin can be eliminated or doubled. See see top of text for this: margin | 0 | 1 | 2 — If you have cookies enabled, your preference is remembered from page to page and from visit to visit. (The cookie does nothing else.)
Font size
You can adapt font size, as you can in all sites, or most sites if you use IE, by pressing Ctrl and rolling the mouse wheel, or by using your browser accelerators.
date format
The ISO 8601 format is used: yyyy-mm-dd, with or without hyphens. Thus, the forms 2004-12-31 and 20041231 stand for 31 December 2004, and the forms 2005-03 and 200503 stand for March 2005.
